Vier gleiche Stimmen – Christin Neddens, Lara Lübbe sowie Johannes Wilke und Johannes Keller bilden gemeinsam mehr als eine Rhythmusgruppe mit Sängerin im Licht. Vielmehr bewegen sich die Gedanken, Motive und Impulse durch das Ensemble, werden aufgegriffen oder kontrastiert, frei von den üblichen Beschränkungen der Rollenverteilung zwischen „Solist“ und „Begleitung“. In den Eigenkompositionen des Quartetts durchfließen sie harmonisch dichte wie auch sehr reduzierte Momente, und bleiben dabei doch immer transparent.

Im Dezember 2010 entstanden die Aufnahmen für die CD, die im darauf folgenden Frühjahr bei schoener hören music veröffentlicht wurde. Zu hören sind acht Kompositionen aus der Band.

Four equal voices - Christin Neddens, Lara Lübbe, Johannes Wilke and Johannes Keller play to form much more than just a band with a featured singer plus accompaniment. Instead, ideas and impulses float freely through the ensemble. Motives are expanded or opposed, built upon or maybe even ignored. Unhindered by the stereotypical roles of "soloist" and "accompaniment". The quartet flows through harmonically dense as well as very sparse moments - yet the music always remains transparent.

This album was recorded in December 2011 and has been published on schoener hören music the following spring. It features eight original compositions from the band.
